「We always stay here when visiting Dayton. The price is number one reason. It is so clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Breakfast and amenities are a close second. The food is great and happy hour is an amazing bonus. We can bring our dog which is the greatest thing! Close to so many restaurants and the Walmart! Feel very safe here. Cannot say enough great things ab this place! 」

「This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there.」

「Our stay was so very enjoyable. The room was perfect. Great small kitchenette. Had everything we needed. A full refrigerator with an icemaker and a dishwasher with dishwasher detergent. There was nothing that it lacked. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. Plenty of tables also. I cannot say enough good things. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts. Omelets were a nice change of pace from the usual scrambled eggs. The pool was very nice as well. On the morning of checkout, I had some trouble with my key cards deactivating early, and the desk manager was very patient and helpful getting it sorted out for me. Sometimes stuff happens. It's all about how it's handled, and they did a wonderful job.」
