「The room was maintained to a satisfactory standard, and communication with staff via text messaging was prompt. However, the coffee station did not meet expectations due to the following issues:
- The Keurig machine was non-functional.
- The provided creamer appeared to be spoiled, exhibiting clumping and a yellowish discoloration.
While I can provide video documentation of these issues, I have opted not to pursue further action as alternative coffee sources are readily available.」

「Rhonda was quick to come over and greet us shortly after our arrival. The home was clean and had everything we needed as a family of 4. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was a great resting spot for King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Parks - took about 1.5 hours to get to the most popular trail heads. Also want to mention the neighborhood felt safe. Thanks for sharing your space with us!」

「Bears Eye View was a great and unique experience that gave us our own cozy house while visiting Sequoia National Park. There is a general store almost right across the street and the house has a full kitchen with silverware and dishes, so making your own food is easy. Heat and aire is modern and keeps the place perfect temperature in hot or cold weather… and this place is only a 17 minute drive from the entrance to Sequoia national park. Really enjoyed our stay here.」

「The tent, bed, extra cooking amenities, and campsite were excellent. However, it was not clear that there were no inside bathrooms with flushing toilets and sinks to wash your hands. For a 3-night stay, it was not the best situation for "glamping". Also, we would like to report that the bar/restaurant across the street from the campsite was loud until 1:00-2:00am, which kept us up.」
