「This is the second time we've stayed at the Mason Freehouse, it was lovely the first time we stayed, which made us keen to return. Although it is now under new management, it's clear that the lovely, friendly, warm welcoming atmosphere is something the staff are keen to retain. 「Just returned from an idyllic 2 nights at The Green Dragon. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was just lovely. The bed was amazing and I could have sat looking out of the window the whole time I was there. A stunning location that is central to many wonderful places and the most amazing scenery. I can’t wait to return. 」

「5 stars are not enough for the George and Dragon - the absolute best care and hospitality can be found here! Such a gem in a beautiful village with so much history. All the staff were so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious and generous portions. Only place open for dinner in the evening so be sure to reserve! Highly highly recommend. 」

「Wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und idyllisch. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Gegend! Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer, Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Es war gemütlich und für uns total ausreichend. Man kann bei schönem Wetter den Gartenbereich mit Stühlen ind Tischen nutzen oder drinnen auf einem gemütlichen Sofa relaxen. Frühstück klassisch British. Ein Plus: das frische Obst, Joghurt und leckeres Granola. Definitiv eine Empfehlung. 」

「Fantastic place ! We stayed in the Parisian room and it was absolutely stunning. Loved the little touches, electric blinds , TV in the bathroom,espresso machine etc .. also right in the middle of KL , all different type of restaurants. Breakfast at the Royal was very nice too ! We will certainly come back and will try a different room next time !」

「Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. 」
