Going to the area felt unsafe. We used a ranger ford as our transpo and the road going there is too narrow. You can only use motorcycle based on when were about to check in. We actually decided not to go to the place coz we felt unsafe.

Busy, but not a place to wander around on foot - too much traffic and no sidewalks. Very hot. Historic city with some WWII landmarks near the Capitol Building
