"When we checked in the workers were obviously talking about another employee that they were just done with, this should not be happening in front of guests, and the check in group were not the most pleasant. The room was overall clean, bathroom was small and felt like we were sitting on floor with toilet. Shower was nice, sink was outside bathroom and very small for toiletries. There was only one recliner in room to sit. In the middle of the night our room phone starts ringing, I pick up and they said did you order something, I said no, and she said oh this is room 308. No apology, just ok. We had a hard time getting back to sleep and had a hospital procedure the next morning was why we stayed there to be closer. We won’t be back!"

"The room was small the pictures that they have are not the same on the website there were people running up and down the hall it was ridiculous the hot tub is not a hot tub the dirt ring around it it needs to be renovated and the swimming pool only probably 10 people can fit in there never again will I"

"The staff was not professional at all elevator went down and guest were not notified. Upon check in called and was told there was early check in so I arrived at the property early only to be told that there was not and had to wait 3 hours to be checked in. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door maids still entered the room. Upon check out front desk clerk was very unprofessional was on the phone having a personal conversation didn't even acknowledge me checking out I feel for the money I paid to stay the service should have been way better. Had to go up the service elevator and walked through the kitchen it was a mess the floor was horrible. Will not stay at this hotel in the future."

"This has become the only place we stay when we come to Baltimore. The room's are clean,the staff is always nice and you cannot beat the good breakfast. Rooms feel so cozy. "

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Love the roof top bar option. Only thing is the coffee shop was disappointing. Only milk for coffee. When asked for cream they didn’t have any. Tossed our cups and had to rebuy fresh cups else where "

"Property was decent i stayed for an overnight flight i had to catch in the early am. There was bit of a musty smell and the first floor smelled of weed. Definitely needs a small renovation as things look older and bathroom had mildew in shower. It is good for a quick sleep but wouldnt stay longer than one day."
