「We all had a great time. Love this area of North Carolina. Just had an issue with the cleaning crew. We arrived about 15 minutes before check in and the cleaning crew was still there. Since we were slightly early we drove around the area and came back at check in time. We waited for about 20 minutes for them to leave and finally went into the house. 「We had a wonderful time at Grandview. The view really was stunning and the covered porch allowed us to enjoy it in the rain. When we needed a replacement coffee maker, Michael and Mariam responded and arranged one immediately. 「Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. 「Great stay. Closest rental/ walk to the lodge, was a perfect rental for a family with young kids. Everything was better than expected. Owners definitely do upkeep and repairs for the rental. Our stay was 15 degrees outside, provided heaters kept us warm in every room. Definitely appreciated the quick running dryer for young-kids ski gear.」
