Unausgesprochen bin ich dann auf Basis der Fotos von einer zusätzlichen Wohnküche ausgegangen. Weit gefehlt: Es ist ein Wohn-/Schlaf-/Küchenzimmer. Mehrere dieser Zimmer werden separat angeboten.
