Holiday Inn Express Belfast City by IHG

Holiday Inn Express Belfast City by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Very good hotel on the whole, relaxed but efficient. Room was very pleasant - my only minor gripes would be that there was very little room for non-hanging clothes, and the bath towels were on the small side. Buffet breakfast was fine, but as usual in a big hotel slightly chaotic - took a day or tow to rememberr where to find stuff. Car park was good - full on my last night, but I got a space on the street right in front of the hotel, so not a problem. Otherwise all good. Special shout out to the young late-evening barman Pierce [Piers?], who was great company to chat with. "

Second Nature Belfast Hometel

Second Nature Belfast Hometel

10/10 Excellent
"Very clean hotel, staff ever so helpful! Breakfast divine and lots to choose from, dinner menu delicious especially the green isle pie, yummy! One point to note is that the triple room sleeps 3 adults but it’s one double bed and a cabin bed, just as well I was away with my sisters or sleeping arrangements may have been tricky as we expected 3 single beds. However, I would highly recommend staying at this place as it’s very central and friendly."

"The room Was beautiful, big comfy and clean. Bathroom was perfect. The only thing was there was a knock on the door around 10ish and my partner was asleep and I was in the bath and it was hard to answer. We didn’t get to eat in the restaurant, breakfast was lovely."

Clayton Hotel Belfast City

10/10 Excellent
"The Clayton Hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with and were very pleasant despite being busy. In spite of how busy they were with the Fleadh, they still made sure guests were taken care of. The breakfast items were replenished when the trays went low, warm plates available, tables cleared immediately so there was very little waiting time between covers. The hotel is in an ideal location with just a short walk to the city centre. Parking was just around the corner. Nice choice of mains for dinner and again prompt and friendly service. We will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it."

"Cleanliness , staff all excellent. Didn’t breakfast there but dining area clean and bright and smelled good. No parking on site which was disappointing but they operate a vallidation of parking ticket from the Go Park Great Northern multi storey opposite the hotel. Don’t how that works if you’re in and out of it a lot. Great location for city centre, trains, buses. Lots of places to eat and Tesco Expresses, Greggs etc."

The Warhol - 2 bd Loft Style Ap. Ultra Fast WIFI

The Warhol - 2 bd Loft Style Ap. Ultra Fast WIFI

10/10 Excellent
"Our only complaint was that there was confusion between the property owner's policy on when access info is sent and what Expedia says on website and in emails. The Owner only releases the Access Code about an hour prior to the booking, Expedia says 2-3 days and sends emails saying "If you have not heard about access contact the owner". I understand the Owner's view and he does not want people checking in early BUT many people from outside UK will not have set up internet access so getting access info on arrival is not always going to be easy. We have used AirBnB type accommodation often and almost always get access info before we leave home and frequently only set up internet access or install a chip in our phones once we get settled in. Apart from this 'confusion' the property is really very nice. At the least if access codes will only be provided an hour prior to arrival then this needs to be made very clear in advance and both the owner and Expedia should say the same thing,"

"The property was very clean and in a great location for going to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. There was also a beautiful park across the street and was in a good area and very safe to walk to in the evening. The owner communications were very good too."
