Hotel was nice. It was very quiet. I wanted to check in 1 hour early & they wouldn't accommodate us, wanting to charge us $25 for that hour. That didn’t happen. Staff was not very friendly-any of them.

After a stay the night before in another property, I was pleasantly surprised here! Also, wifi was lightning fast. I was editing photos and uploading for a high school wrestling team. I was so surprised by the speed!

We always stay here when we are visiting the Appleton/Little Chute area. Immaculate facilities. Walkable to the Little Chute Locks and park by the Fox River. There was a glitch with our reservation through Expedia but they fixed it and honored the online price. They seem a bit under staffed but they are always awesome.
