"Entering the property for the first time, the property was clean and bright with beautiful furniture and tables. Lots of TVs in each room. Each room had a ceiling fan to keep the room nice and cool. The appliances were clean and easy to operate. The only comment I would have to the property needed more Pans. We cooked a lot when we were there and could use more. "The a/c leaks water, and the shuttle was not on time"

"Pick a different hotel. There are many along this strip near the airport, and I cannot help but think they are better. The staff was never at the desk. We needed to return a rental car and take their shuttle back to the hotel. They didn't tell us any of the things we needed to know - such as after you return the car you have to GO BACK to the airport to catch the shuttle, we learned this after being on hold for 7 minutes. Once we got there, called again (long, long hold) and received equally terrible instructions how to catch the shuttle to the hotel. They gave us a very specific name that would be on the shuttle, and after waiting 45+ minutes, what came was totally different. COME ON, this is your bread and butter business! You are a hotel by an airport! The REASON people stay there is the shuttle! The staff seemed disinterested at best, and very unengaged. The room...somehow we got a handicapped room. I asked if we could change...and nope - a snotty reply about going through a 3rd party - AND...if you want to see in the hallways and the rooms, bring a flashlight! There were two very weak lights, and dark brown walls, just awful."

"Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The credits were basically enough for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was $25 a person for the buffet and the breakfast buffet was a little cheaper. The extra was charged to my room credits. Less than 24 hours later I was charged another $200 because I was nearing my $200 hold. Less than 24 hours after that I was charged another $162. Total amount for the room was $820 plus parking and meal plan $231, $200 first hold, $200 second hold and now $162 =$1,613 for a day and a half. It is ridiculous and not worth it at all."

"Had a decent parking. Very close to restaurants. Breakfast was decent, kudos to chef who was making sure everything was stocked, rooms were clean. They had free shuttles which I didn't use but they managed it really well. People had live airport updates screen in lobby."
