「The cabin was clean, and the air conditioning great. It rained but the covered deck made it possible to sit outside and relish in the beautiful views of the river. We saw an eagle fly overhead and land in a tree across the river. Was quite surprised that there wasn't more wildlife. Spiders (brown recluse and others) and wasps were a bit of a nuisance, the deck and outside area could use a good sweeping. 「We had a fantastic time staying at this property! There were 7 of us and we all fit comfortably. The hill getting up to the property was steep, but it was the summer so there were no issues in a typical car. The views from the deck were awesome, we sat out there often enjoying a meal or morning coffee. 「This cabin was excellent! It was accurately describe. Actually, it was better. It was clean and cozy. The view on the back porch was great and we had some really relaxing mornings with our books and coffee. We had our dogs with us and they loved to run around the pond. At night it gets so dark with absolutely no light pollution so you can see the stars perfectly. We hope to be able to come back next year and enjoy another relaxing weekend. This was the best getaway from our busy lives. 」

「This property is AMAZING!!! We booked relatively last minute and stayed for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend '25 and couldn't have asked for more! Amber is an incredible host that was incredibly responsive and made sure that everything was perfect. The location is absolutely STUNNING with glorious views! We loved meeting new friends too!(A beautiful family of deer!) Everything is as listed and super nice as it's a brand new property! 10/10!!!」

「This was my second visit to the Pleasant Hill property. It then felt like home away from home. The layout is so accomodating. 「We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location.」
