「Super cute little penthouse room with a beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the bed. It was EXTREMELY squeaky and moved every time one of us rolled over, it also dents in the middle and is not very comfortable. It’s definitely time to replace the mattress. We always felt like Home walking into the lobby! 「We attempted to work with the rental company about the awful smell of weed in our room that was so strong that it gave our children and us severe headaches just the first day. We attempted to contact management several times for a refund for possibly a different unit for our stay. They were unable and unwilling to relocate us, or give us our money back. We spent two days of our vacation trying to handle this situation, and I’ve had no help nor answers. Definitely do not recommend with a family!」

「I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. 「First I would like to say the location is amazing! Although our air conditioner stopped working but communication was good on getting it fixed it was just a bummer trying to sleep with no air for a night.
