Colleen's Corner is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom charmer with Living room, Family Room with cozy fireplace, Dining Room, fully-equipped Kitchen, Office Area, lovely fenced Backyard on a corner lot and near the private HOA neighborhood Playground and Pool. Near Shopping, Restaurants, Coffee Houses,15 mins to Simmons Arena, Presidential Library, Ice Skating Rink, and Riverfront Park. Pet friendly and ideal for a Quiet Retreat or Extended Stays.

The property was very clean and updated. Very comfortable accommodations and beds. The electricity was out (after storms) the entire first day, which was an issue for cooking and showers. However, that was out of the host’s hands and they did their best to push the electric company to address it asap. Then we had to deal with no WiFi after the electricity was turned back on, which was disappointing to the kids wanting to contact families and frustrating to us teachers to have to try to get it connected. It was not our job to call the internet company to try to remedy this situation. And we never could get it on.

Great House for a large group!
I rented this property for my daughter's fiance and his groomsmen on their wedding weekend. He chose it because of all the space and plenty of beds for them to be comfortable! They had plenty of room and the interiors were clean and well-maintained. Communication was good with the managing company and we had all our questions answered in a timely manner.
