「We had a great experience yet again! Staff were wonderful. Room was great.
This is one of the best pools we’ve ever had at a hotel! As long as other guests are being mindful of others, it is a great experience. Unfortunately, our kids did want to cut their time short as one guest seemed to have had too much to drink and was yelling, climbing on the windows and diving in near kids playing. 」

「My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early. 」
