Amazing time with large family
This is an awesome house for a large family. We visited with 5 toddlers and tween. The tween had fun kayaking, fishing, playing table tennis and pool. The adults lived the fact that the toddlers (who wake up at 6am) could not be heard anywhere in the house in they were in the basement. Everyone was happy. Loved the sun room! The view was amazing and was close enough to a grocery store. Amazing property!!!!

Incredible NYE at the Lake
My friends and I had an amazing time celebrate New Years Eve at Lake Gaston. The house provided plenty of space for our big group and offered lots of fun with the ping pong table and fire pit. Mary was such a joy to work with and was so thoughtful and accommodating!

Christmas family time
It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to relax (15 adults and teens). The views are stunning and kitchen is fully loaded with all the items you need, just pack your food! Communication/responses were very prompt and helpful. We would definitely come here again!

Great Property and Owners!
We stayed for a birthday party and there was plenty of beds and space to accommodate 16 of us. The number of beds and sleeping areas is a big plus. Other amenities are great. Sun room was a favorite, ping pong and billiards tables were great additions, and the fire pit is great. All with an amazing view in the backyard. Owners even left some birthday balloons to greet us. It was the perfect weekend!

The Perfect Vacation Rental Does Exist…
And it is located on Lake Gaston! Words cannot do justice to just how amazing this stay was for our family. Mary is an absolute angel and the dream host…she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. We were greeted with flowers and chocolates, and the house was even better than described. The beds were comfortable; the fire pit was well maintained; the boat dock was sturdy and safe; and the space was perfect for our multigenerational vacation. While there are multiple levels, the front entrance was easily accessible to all…including my elderly aunt with a walker. The majority of our time was spent in the huge sunroom taking-in the lake views, but my young adult children loved playing ping pong in the lower level and even took the kayaks for a Sunday morning trip around the lake before checkout. I can’t say enough great things about this experience, and our family is already planning our next trip to Mary’s beautiful home.

Amazing Stay!
Great for large families. Nice flat yard. Plenty of space for everyone. Sunset views were amazing and lots of space on the lake right near the house for tubing, jet skis and wakeboarding. Would definitely stay there again. Communication, before, during, and after the stay was top notch.

Beautiful vacation
The property is spacious and clean. Location is superb. Mary is a wonderful host. Had a great family vacation boating but just as much fun swimming off of the dock. The house itself is fully stocked with everything you need down to the welcome chocolates and coffee!

Great Lake Retreat!
My family and I had an amazing time at Paradise Point!! Mary was an incredible hostess - She was beyond responsive and made sure my family and I had a comfortable stay. This house is beautiful, right on the water and has plenty of room for a large group! If we ever make it back to Lake Gaston I would definitely stay at Paradise Point again! :)

This is a place to stay anytime. Mary and Bryce are great people and Mary answers every text or phone call. This is my second year here and I am ready to go again next year. Mary is the best host I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. She went above and beyond in every aspect of property management. The lake was amazing the water is very clean and the temp was pleasant. As far as the home - very clean, big, and smartly utilized for common space and sleeping space. Everything you need!
Our family had a wonderful weekend. Mary made sure we had everything we needed. Not many rentals “actually” come stocked. From the kitchen supplies, linens, towels, soaps, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags to the outdoor floats, chairs, games this home had it all. Literally only had to come with your clothes. Let’s talk about the view…perfect location with the most beautiful sunsets. Thank you Mary for making our weekend getaway so easy and fun!

Lake House
To begin Mary was the sweetest host, was always available for questions. We had the most wonderful family vacation, our #1 Vrbo stay!!! Seven of us fit so comfortably, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed. My family loved the outdoor activities, kayaking, sitting on the dock enjoying the beautiful lake, and the great firepit, with plenty of firewood!! We wish we had brought fishing poles, next time. We also loved having the pool table, and games, and Netflix for the rainy days. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking and serving a large family. We loved sitting for dinner at the sunroom table with such a beautiful view. Plenty of towels, hot water, and blankets. We loved the double oven and two refrigerators to accommodate all of our food. We also loved that the home is pet friendly!! We will definitely be returning!!!! Thank you, Mary!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Pointe. Everything was as advertised and Mary was wonderful about communicating from start to finish. We would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy being out on the water. Anniversary Celebration
This vacation was great from the get-go. The owner was awesome before, during and after; making sure we had everything and knew everything we needed. She even had an Anniversary surprise waiting for us when we got there. The house is wonderful and the views fantastic. We will be renting again.

Great Lake Property
Very quiet, beautiful location on Lake Gaston. Very large house that could easily take care of 2 to 3 families. Enjoyed the large family areas overlooking the lake as well as the fire pit. NOTE for dog owners. This house is perfect for dog owners. The only note to be aware of is the neighbors have two dogs so be aware when you have your dog outside.

Couldn’t ask for anything better!!
What a wonderful experience. The house is everything you could hope for with a large comfortable family room and sun porch, and kitchen. The outdoor space is just as inviting with a fire pit for the chilly fall nights. The weather didn’t permit for use of the fire pit but 1 night but that’s ok because the pool table, board games and smart tv’s were also entertaining. And when the power went out we barely noticed thanks to the generator. But by far what made our trip memorable was our hosts, Mary made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s lake house. She was so friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to the lake. Thanks Mary!!

Paradise Found
Best experience ever! On arrival the property was exactly as it was pictured on the listing and then some. The host, Mary, has gone out of her way to make sure every base is covered on your comfort. The house is warm and inviting with all the amenities you could ask for. The views of the lake were exceptional from all windows facing the lake. We spent a lot of time on the deck and boating around the lake. This house is central to everything so made that easy. It was such a good stay we didn't want to leave and look forward to staying at again next year.

Great Vacation!
We had a great time at this beautiful house! The house had everything we needed and then some. The views of the lake were gorgeous! We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and got to explore the area a little. Mary was such a pleasure to work with, and her response in answering any questions, was incredibly fast! This location is right in the middle of the lake, central to everything (as much as you can be) and the Sunsets while floating at the end of the dock are priceless. "Paradise at Paradise Pointe"
Paradise Pointe was the perfect choice for our family summer vacation @ Lake Gaston! The location of the property was fantastic with stunning sunset views and broad lake views from the huge sunroom. It was also an ideal location in regards to services, gas, grocery shopping, & boat rentals. The home was spacious and offered several areas for relaxing & dining. The sunroom which ran the entire length of the home and overlooked the water was fantastic! The wifi connection was quite good for the Lake. We loved the waterfront which had ample room for boats, sunning, fishing and steps into the shallow water for the young ones. We caught 5 catfish off the dock while there! The host Mary was extremely responsive for inquiries or any issues that arose. She was just a phone call away. The home was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items for our cookouts and family dinners. We used the firepit and many of the floats, kayaks, provided. Great vacation!
Mary was the best host. She was very attentive to our needs. She welcomes us with beautiful flowers and chocolates. The house has everything we needed and more. E loved the views from the sun room and dock. I could sit for hours looking out over the lake, resting and reading. The dock was great for sitting out and swimming. We also enjoyed the kyacks. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Setting
We had such a tremendous time in Mary & Bryce’s beautiful home. The home, property and boathouse are all meticulously maintained. There is plenty of space for kids to play, swim and fish, and the western exposure let us fully enjoy Lake Gaston’s beautiful sunsets. Mary’s thoughtfulness and communication are exemplary; we felt truly welcomed upon arrival and looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house on Lake Gaston
We had a great stay and the house was amazing, as advertised. Mary also went above and beyond from fresh cut flowers and chocolates waiting for us to providing local recommendations and always responding quickly. We rented a pontoon boat for much if the week and used the dock. Our favorite room was the sunroom, where we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the great views of the lake. I would highly recommend.

Lake Getaway
Mary was a perfect host. Property is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. The view from the sun room is worth the price of admission. I’m already looking for dates to go back!

Incredible Stay
We had such an incredible stay during our Spring Break. Plenty of activities to keep two teenagers happy. Mary is an outstanding host and was so responsive to any questions we had. She provided us a lot of useful information regarding restaurants and boat rental companies. Thanks Mary! We kayaked and rented a pontoon boat and spent a day touring the lake. Absolutely gorgeous area. We even biked the canal. Five stars all the way.

Birthday Weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very well equipped for relaxation - kitchen is stocked for cooking, welcome treats are a great touch as well. Beds are comfortable and the pool table was a great hit for the entire family. Mary was a pure pleasure to communicate with and we hope to return when it's a bit warmer!!

Excellent location and property.
This is a great lake house for a relaxed getaway. The house had everything that we needed. Will definitely recommend and/or come back. Mary was very responsive even late in the night. She is a great host and was very helpful.

Wonderful Fall Getaway!
Our stay at this home was wonderful. The house was large. comfortable and accommodating. The view of the lake from the main level was gorgeous. Our stay happened to occur during peak fall color, so it was amazing to see the the vast color palette of foliage while enjoying our morning coffee. The host, Mary, was amazing to work with. When I booked the property, I asked if they had kayaks available and she immediately bought some for our family (and her future guests) to enjoy. The firepit was a wonderful place to gather and we had fun making smores. Also - the kitchen is large and has lots of counter space. My teen daughter said this was one of the best trips we ever had! We also loved that it was dog friendly, and our two little pups loved the house and yard, too.
