「Une équipe fort sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute de sa clientèle, mention ++ â Audrey, Aurelia et Serge pour leur professionnalisme. Un bémol cependant : l’établissement manque cruellement de sûreté en soirée, lorsqu’il n’y a plus aucun employé, malgré un code porte pour accéder au bâtiment, j’ai à 2 reprises rencontré des groupes de personnes dans le hall, j’ignore combien d’entre elles avaient réellement une location …. La porte vers l’extérieur grande ouverte, bloquée par une pierre ….」

「I imagine its just the age of the hotel showing and not so much the upkeep. We reserved this after showing up to 5 Themes and it being a room in the owners house. 「Rien à dire sur la propreté. Cependant il faut améliorer la décoration qui à mon gout est trop ancien, ce qui laisse une odeur de renfermé. A l'intérieur de l'auberge, le climat est très froid, lorsqu'on demande d'augmenter le chauffage, il ne dure qu'un petit moment, et comme il n'y a personne à l'accueil au moment du couché, vous passez une nuit désagréable à cause du froid et du lit qui est dure à mon gout. Dommage car l'auberge a un grand potentiel.」
