"I liked the area it was very quiet. The use of the Fitness area at no extra charge was a huge benefit. It was withing a short distance to had my friend pick me up to get to anywhere I wanted to go."
"We enjoyed mostly everything and appreciated the welcome we received at check-in. We’re disappointed with the misinformation given to us before booking our reservations. I called twice to confirm your hotel offered shuttle service to SF airport, since it was listed as one of the hotels in the Bay Area. I was told by 2 different employee’s that the shuttle covered 3 airports including SF. We check in and find out it’s not the case, so unfortunately we have to pay $70+ for an Uber. Though it’s a cozy hotel, we wouldn’t have booked a night here if we were given correct information. Please let the answering service know the correct answer, I thought I was speaking to the front desk clerk, not an outside CSR."
