Tired Property, Not Up to Hyatt Standards
Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. Stayed here many times, love it! Can hear music from nearby bars at times but this didn’t cause us any problems. We will always stay here on our visits to Liverpool!

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, particularly Hayden on front of house. He couldn't do enough to look after us, make our stay feel extra special. This was our second stay here, we will certainly be back.
