This hotel is situated in a fantastic location. It is an easy walk to both the Albert Docks area and the city centre. It is also situated right on a waterfront, so beautiful views from the back of the hotel and dining area. We found all staff at this hotel to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of both food and hot/cold drinks. On-site parking is also very convenient and felt secure. All in all, excellent!

Fabulous place on the dockside with an easy walk to Pier Head, about ten to fifteen minutes. Excellent parking on site and a lovely bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. The room was spotless and great for a short city stay with all you need. Above all, the staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay! Amy at the front desk was fantastic- extremely friendly, made us aware of all the local attractions, and helped us with Amazon as we needed an emergency delivery. Can’t say enough good things! Small showers but we made it work.

Nice place, small rooms

It's well located, in queens dock, they have a restaurant, the personal is really nice, the view from the hotel and the room is amazing. What i didn't like was the size of the room, so small that my luggage i coundn't put it anywhere, the bathroom was really small, uncomfortable.

I had a nice stay.

Weather great. Hotel room was facing the water, so quite. Got good night sleep ever night. Hot water was hot fir the shower all the time. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay

In an ideal position only 10 mins walk from Liverpool One and the Albert Dock. Room on the riverside. Breakfast was excellent in dining room on the riverfront. The bathroom/walk-in shower was small otherwise excellent for one night.

Great Hotel , good value for money.

Great location, comfy room, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Much better and cheaper than the Premier Inn down the road. The restaurant shuts at 8, but you can order Uber Eats and eat in the restaurant.
