Poor hotel
Unbelievable! The hotel has air conditioning but very poor. I complained the poor air conditioning at the first day. The condition improved for half day and no air conditioning again in the evening. The staff said that the technician gone off duty and provided a fan to me. I could not sleep at that night and requested to change another room in the next morning. But the staff said all rooms are fixed in the same temperature. She had apologised to me and suggested me to open the window for sleeping. Ridiculous! I need to open the window for sleeping because of no air conditioning in Holiday Inn. I never choose them again. Very disappointed !

A solid choice in Liverpool
Right opposite to the train station, making life so much easier with my suitcase. Location is awesome with shops, shopping centre, museums and various food options very near to the hotel. Interior of the hotel is quite decent, with things all functioning well and kept clean. Can't go wrong with this place. A solid choice.

原本是訂了2張單人床，到入住時職員卻比了1張雙人床。我們要求換回但被拒絕了...職員還建議我向Hotels.com 投訴！真的好無奈，要不是近火車站很方便、真的不會有下次。床鋪亦太軟難以適應。
