「We came in late on the night we were to check in and Allen at the front desk was very helpful and got us a room on the ground floor for pool access author being in top of the pool. The next morning when i was going to fill water bottles for my kids, Lauren gave us several bottles of water to take on our day. 「Stayed at this newer hotel twice over Christmas. Both times we had huge snowstorms.
The check in was fast and friendly.
The hotel is spotless and our room was no exception.
The staff kept access open with constant snow clearing.
Very enjoyable stay. 」
