I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms

Excellent location to Lime Street Liverpool Railway station and shopping. Laundry facilities were appreciated and a bonus. Very comfortable bedding, and excellent quality and size of bath towels. Lighting in bathroom very poor. Am happy to recommend this property.

up on arrival gave name in recepionist insisted we where not booked in asked to see email but no internet in reception gave names at least 6 times and spelt them out after about 15min she found my name was not happen way she didnt try and help just kept saying not on booking list

Not right next to the road so we had to push our luggage for a while into the pedestrian area. Says on Expedia that the Studio King Size room has washing machine but it didn’t. Says in the confirmation email that there’s “ Free continental breakfast for 2 per day” but the hotel only has lobby and a shelf of food and utilities for sale.
