"Great location, ideal if visiting Liverpool FC. Comfortable bed although the mattress could do with turning, quite quiet. BUT....parking is not on site it is street parking. We didn't move the car so not sure if there's any parking problems. Full equipped kitchen it is not. Has oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle but only 1 saucepan and 2 frying pans, 1 dirty which we were told was going to be cleaned still dirty 2 days later, between the 2 kitchens. No oven gloves, t towels, washing up...

"Lovely breakfast brilliant selection ,room fantastic and spotless really impressed, staff were very friendly and polite nothing too much to help when asked,brilliant selection on both bars ,would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel has a wow factor anyone would desire for a wonderful stay , definitely will be returning for another stay ."

"Stayed here loads of times and always very good. Reasonable price in a good place handy for city centre free parking a bonus. Staff very helpful and check in and check out straight forward. Only negative for us we were going to book breakfast but at £15 each we thought it was a bit steep specially as Wetherspoons is 2 minutes away at the bottom of the street. All in all we’ll be back."

"Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with comfy beds and breakfast is cooked to order, this hotel is near everything just go out the door across the road up the little lane and you’re in concert square and a Wetherspoon right there for food too, carry on further and you get to bold street and shopping area. If you want Liverpool one bus area or docks take a left then left again and go down to hanover st another left and your practically there. All in all a great hotel. It is now our go to place to stay on Liverpool. The only downside: I wouldn’t ask in the hotel for evening food as they let you out back to a rubbish place so go spoons instead"
