Apartment "Baita Franz 3" with Mountain View, Garden and Wi-Fi

The building Baita Franz is situated at the entrance to the village of Livigno, in the Florin locality, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, perfect for nature and outdoors sports lovers. This 75 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue. After an active hiking day, grab a hot drink in the garden and let the mountain views relax you completely.

Nearby there is a connection to the cycle path and the promenade, which run along the river Spöl and along the village. Also in the vicinity there are several paths for more demanding walks.

Schön gelegene Wohnung, die aber bei der Küchenausstattung Wünsche offen läst

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Carosello 3000 Skigebiet. Man kann mit den Skier direkt zum ersten Lift fahren. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Küchenausstattung. Diese ist sehr minimalistisch. So findet man zum Beispiel keinen Pfannenwender. Auch die Anzahl der Gläser und des Bestecks ist sehr gering. Man ist dadurch gezwungen die Spülmaschine täglich laufen zu lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Fabiana lief hervorragend. Auch wird man sehr herzlich begrüßt und auch wieder verabschiedet.
