Pictures were false advertising. The bubbly hot tub was filled in with concrete. The bed was super hard. The little store in the lobby had almost nothing. My wife woke me up in the middle of the night to leave. The toilet made noise all night.

I tried to check into this hotel. Upon my arrival, they informed me that the elevator was out of order. Then they informed me that they have no room rooms on the first floor. I am unable to climb stairs, but they were not able to give me the room I paid for. I am so upset with them because they will not refund me. I prepaid the room for 2 nights on Expedia and they refused to refund me. That is terrible. I think the American disability act needs to be informed of this place. How are they advertising their rooms without a functioning elevator? The front desk Girl said that the elevator had been out of order for several weeks.

Room felt neglected, as soon as we arrived we went to turn the AC on and when we did the whole front of the AC and control panel fell to the ground. There was rust all in out tub/shower, no one bathed :-(. Only one lamp had a light fixture in it, there were no batteries in room remote, We went to ask for more, when we put them in those did not work, we went BACK down the stairs (elevator was broken, we were on 2nd floor) she handed us a handful of used batteries and said see what works, she had no new ones. There was a futon in the room as a couch (very diff than what pictures show) Stairway had a very musty odor, carpet in there was extremely dirty. That was our first sign it was not going to be a good stay, but my mother in law was in the hospital and we were visiting from South Texas. For breakfast, eggs and sausage were cold, thank goodness for the microwave!

I don’t know who had been writing good reviews but they must be getting paid to do it. That’s what we used to decide where to stay. Our room was awful, it smelled really bad like moldy and the door wouldn’t lock correctly, the air was making a loud noise and the then toilet broke later that evening..They couldn’t fix it so we had to move rooms and we had my 80 year old mom with us. Also there was a young girl at front who was nice but apparently not trained well for night shift. The next room we moved to the toilet barely worked and the a/c was not working correctly. Still had awful smell. We were exhausted so went to sleep and left early. The breakfast was cold! Even the hot plates. Definitely NOT worth any price.

TV did not work in room, couldn’t use remote and took downstairs and got new batteries, still did not work. The tv box would not work to change channels. Called down for someone to come look at it and was told they would have to call the manager on how to fix it and would call us right back… NEVER got a call back!! Bathroom was not clean. Smoke detector was open with the battery missing. Took pictures of these items but can’t download.
