"This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. "All very good. Location perfect. Staff on top of their game all the time, from reception staff to breakfast room and pool area, and including the Rondo car rental guys who make it all very easy for the guests. Few points for improvement: ideally rooms would have full blackout curtains; fruits at breakfast was almost never ripe and lacked taste; it's a pity the larger of the two saunas was broken most of the time as the other one is too small. Besides this, I would stay again for sure"
