E' un bed and breakfast in una zona residenziale di Lubiana molto tranquillo e silenzioso a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Cute place
I felt like this experience gave a glimpse into maybe how locals live. It was a very good size place to stay. The breakfast was my favorite one after being in Europe almost 3 weeks. Crepes- yum! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was a charming place and I’m glad we stayed there! Nice to have parking taken care of too.

Quarto confortável e silencioso, porém se você for ficar mais de um dia saiba que o serviço de limpeza e troca das toalhas é feito apenas a cada dois dias. Há vagas para estacionamento no pátio do hotel e na rua em frente. O café da manhã é bom, mas o horário é bastante inconveniente, pois inicia apenas as 8h.

Avevamo un appartamento con zona cucina molto comodo e spazioso. Pulito e ben curato in tranquilla zona residenziale, a un paio di minuti d auto dal centro. La sensazione era di essere in una casa più che in un albergo. Colazione varia e curata, dolce e salata. Personale riservato ma gentile.

Great stay
Great little studio. Spotless and very comfortable, air conditioned. Great breakfast. Limited parking in the apartment complex, so we were asked to park on the street just outside the apartments and the hosts paid the parking charges. 1 less star only due to the hot water availability. After a 5 min shower, there was hardly any hot water left for the next person to shower.

Middle class hotel not far from Ljubljana downtown
Town villa transformed to an appartment hotel around 15 minutes walk form Ljubljana downtown, quiet area, easy access from the motorway. We stayed 2 nights in a double bed studio Velika Planina, just OK for a short stay for 2 persons. Hotel is clean, good buffet breakfast served between 8-9:30. Small kitchen in the studio equipped for preparation of basic meals, not for any bigger cooking. Communication before our arrival was perfect. Staff very helpful during the stay, we had an early morning departure from the hotel and they have provided us a generous breakfast pack the evening before. Onsite parking for 6 cars. If it´s full the hotel will cover costs of paid parking lots on the Teslova street at the hotel.

The apartment was very clean and well layed out. Unfortunately, we had a few problems though. The wifi did not work, the hot water went cold after one short shower before, one stove burner did not work and the other sparked and tripped the breaker after cooking. They allow smokers to smoke at the outside front entrance which permeates into the apartment we stayed in. Hopefully those problems will be fixed because it would have been a nice place to stay.

Disappointed with location
A okay,plain room, and a very good breakfast. We chose it in part because it offered free parking. The one disappointment is that it was quite a ways from the old city. In fact we set out to walk into the old city and then, because it got dark, turned back without ever getting to the main section of Old Town.

We came to Slovenia for three days. The B and B did find us a free parking space on day 2. Fortunately we arrived on a Saturday night and so there were no fines. However, the street was clearly marked .4 euro per hour M-Sat, 7 am -10 pm, so beware. Room was good but could not take two short showers on one tank of the hot water. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Hi mr Richard! Thank you for taking the time and writing us a comment. You did not understand our parking situation. If our guests park on the street, we pay the parking for them. The parking cost is 40 cents/hour and not 4 eur, the charging time is from 7.00-17.00. Best regards, Neža

The receptionist Ana gave me a great welcome. The place was cozy enough. The breakfast could be improved with more green leaves with more egg options, and tried to be more flexible, for example, we arrived at 9:18 and requested more scramble eggs since it was empty in the steamer. The lady asked us to have the hard boiled ones instead, since the breakfast would finish at 9:30.

Economical in residential area
Just about a 10min walk to old town area. Friendly staff. Breakfast room was cozy. Breakfast was typical European. If you are traveling from the United States be aware that your water heater is located in the bathroom and hot water is limited. My husband drained ours on his shower leaving me with a like warm one after waiting 20min for warm water to heat... parking is in the street and you have to pay for it from 0700-1700. It was .40 Euro cents an hour.

10-15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum, Schnelle Antwort auf E-Mails, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, nach Absprache später Check-in in der Nacht möglich, Personal hat gute Ortskenntnisse (Restaurantstipps waren super) und hat sogar die Parkgebühren für unser Auto bezahlt, sodass wir das Auto am Hotel stehen lassen und die Stadt erkunden konnten.

Das Personal am Empfang ist nett gewesen. Und das war alles, was gut war. Die Einrichtung ziemlich geschmacklos und ungemütlich. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber und hat gemieft. Kaine Bodentücher im Bad ... Vor einem Jahr war ich in der Unterkunft eine Nacht und führte die Mängel darauf zurück, dass alles im Aufbau sei, wie ich annahm wegen der Betonmaschine im Garten neben einem Sandhaufen, im Speisesaal/Wintergarten waren die Balken noch vom Malerarbeitem befleckt, die Scheiben davon verschmiert usw. ... Ein Jahr später dasselbe Bild, alles noch wie damals und dieselben Mängel in der Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und Bad und Toilette schlecht ausgestattet, das Frühstück lieblos gerichtet, die Atmosphäre nicht einladend und auch nicht angenehm. Dass ich wieder hingegangen bin, liegt an der ruhigen Lage und an der letztjährigen Fehleinschätzung, dass die Mängel situationsbedingt waren - sie sind aber, wie ich nun sah, der Unbekümmertheit zu verdanken. Der Preis überragt sehr deutlich die dürftige Leistung. Ich jedenfalls habe die Unterkunft nach der ersten Nacht verlassen, auch wenn ich wusste, dass ich beide gebuchten Nächte würde bezahlen müssen, und gehe da nicht mehr hin. Dimitri

Very comfortable hotel run by lovely and helpful people. Not super-fancy, but affordable, spotlessly clean and in a lovely neighborhood.
