「The property manager was responsive and kind when we could not get the key out of the security box. The cottage was a wonderful old place and was very comfortable in most respects. Great location for visiting every direction of Snowdonia. Missing were some basic necessities that surprised us: no dish soap (of any kind), and no sugar or pepper in the kitchen. 「The property was advertised as being located in Llanberis. But there's no property at the location shown by Expedia. The actual property is located 11 miles apart. Don't fall for this scam. The propert management says they don't know about any change, Expedia support team confirmed there's a mismatch with location advertised. This was a expensive mistake for us. 」

「It was exactly what we needed for the marathon, with a big gang of us there. I think the cleanliness of the carpets could have been better by the cleaning agents that are used by the owners. 「A happy stay for both us and the dog. Clean and comfortable with all you need. Plenty of hot water and the heating was excellent when needed, the log burner completed the package. Just a little tight on space either side of the bed but not unusual in an older one level cottage. Secure garden for a dog unless it decides to explore the stream at the end of the garden. Ours didn't just enjoyed sitting in the sun with us. Nice to have a view too! 」
