「The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is in a fantastic area with shops, restaurants and pubs within a few minute walking distance. Highly recommendeded and will definitely be back in the future」

「We arrived at Holcombe House approx 3pm. Parking was difficult as it’s a first come first serve basis. We parked up the road but later I finally got a car park space outside the property.Roy welcomed us in and was a quite a gentleman.we stayed on the 2nd floor in a cosy room at the top of the house. We had nice views from the window.Bathroom was nice and the bath/shower was great. Good size.Internet streamed good too.unfortunately the bed wasn’t for us as it was pretty low and hard.The breakfast...

「Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. 」

「The room was neat and tidy, Nigel greeted us warmly and welcoming, the hotel was placed well for us in town, although the parking was sometimes chaotic we always found a parking space by our hotel or close, our room was always clean and topped up with tea and coffee regularly, and we were left to do our own thing, would definitely highly recommend this hotel, and hope to go back there next year」

「Ray and Teresa are fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough for you free parking room clean breakfast excellent would definitely book again best omelette in town 」

「We stayed for a couple of nights while enjoying a short break in Llandudno. And it was excellent. The welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a modern en-suite, and the breakfast freshly cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble with dairy and gluten free options being readily available. With free parking on the drive or street, and a short walk to the town centre Glenavon was ideally located. We will return if in the area.」

「This is a great location for a few days stay, in a quiet street very close to the station and centre of Llandudno. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Martin is a very genial host. No problems here at all, thanks again!」

「We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. 」

「Lovely bed and breakfast just off the centre of Llandudno. Very clean, breakfast was lovely and the place was very quiet despite being a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pier. Free parking available for 3 cars around the back of the property. Recommended.」

The bathroom was very up to date with a shower with power and heat. Very quiet too. Perfect stay.」

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
