“Lovely room. Splashed out on a sea view room, which we really enjoyed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast almost beat me! Veggie sausages were available on request. Great start to the day. No complaints whatsoever. ”

“The room was neat and tidy, Nigel greeted us warmly and welcoming, the hotel was placed well for us in town, although the parking was sometimes chaotic we always found a parking space by our hotel or close, our room was always clean and topped up with tea and coffee regularly, and we were left to do our own thing, would definitely highly recommend this hotel, and hope to go back there next year”

“Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. ”

“Sean is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfasts were wonderful and very filling. It is a perfect spot to visit Betws-Y-Coed and the Snowdonia region. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone. ”

“Host really welcoming....breakfast was excellent...room was very clean and furnishings lovely ...bed was so comfortable.. Don't normally sleep well in a strange bed ..but had a fab nights sleep. Great for walks close by ..restaurants 5 minute walk x All in all 10 out of 10”

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
