"The owners don't communicate. Place was not cleanwith lots of things broken, including, shower, toilet and taps and door and steps up to it. Mold all over. Smelt terrible. Not vaguely as described. Only stayed one night as too late to find anywhere else. Asked for discussion on refund. They will not respond. Was also impossible to get in touch with Expedia to try and sort out. "It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning."

"This accommodation was perfect, the location, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was ideal, a good size, clean, comfy bed, plenty of tea, coffee etc etc The bathroom was a good size, I had two rooms booked and one room had a bath with shower over it and the other had a shower only, shower gel, shampoo, towels etc provided The price included a cooked breakfast which was freshly cooked to order We also had dinner which again was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely be trying to book here when I next need to visit the area "
