“Beautiful home; as advertised many rooms and bunk beds. Lake view/access, pool, hot tub, and conveniently located next to Boat Town Burger Barn. Host very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend staying here. Enjoyed it and made wonderful memories.”

“I cannot say enough about how amazing the host is at this property! So sweet and accommodating! The house is very clean and spacious. Our family loved the big covered back porch. We spent most nights out there playing games. The cove is pretty narrow, but we actually found it a really pretty boat ride in and out. We had our pontoon and just tied it up along the wall out back. Worked great! I wouldn’t swim in the water in the cove, but it’s a short ride out to more open water. Great for fishing……

“Looking through homes on the lake to lease for a few days can be taxing! We searched multiple homes with lake access. including a clean and comfortable place for our family to stay together. Everybody had their own room. There were plenty family areas to enjoy together inside and out. The view of the lake and beautiful shade trees that surrounded the dock and patio area were beautiful. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to every text. We look forward to……

“There was plenty of space to spread out here! We were slightly confused at first because the barn house was across the street & set back, meaning a lil walk away. This just made it too far for our aging parents to go over easily, but fine for the young folk. The host was quick to answer questions & we had to trouble shoot the Barndo AC on arrival, but by evening was cooled down. The huge dock was awesome & fun was had by all! A kayak or something water sports-wise would be nice to have,……

“This property was great and communication with host was excellent.”

“Great lake house with everything you need. It’s on a narrower part of the river so it can be noisy but the house is worth it. Loved the outside deck and lawn area.”

“Cabin is located a little north of Fredericksburg, which is a really nice area, the surrounding area is beautiful with lots of wildlife and animals to see each time you come in and out. It's also secluded and gives a lot of privacy to enjoy your time. The cabin itself is nice, just be prepared if you come in the summer for it to be warm inside when you get there. There is a mini split AC to cool the whole cabin, so bring a fan to help circulation if you run hot. The only real complaint was the……

“This was the second time we stayed here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The place is very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. We also got to meet our hosts who were very nice and friendly and accommodating. Our little fur baby had a great time enjoying the outdoors too. We will definitely be back.”

“I don’t usually write these, not really my style. Place was great, super close to the resort. We used the resort the most for dining and the arcade. Thank you to our hosts. ”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was warranted. We rented this property for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. While the home and location were lovely, the experience was overshadowed by how rigid and overbearing the hosts were.Even before our stay, communication felt more like a rulebook than a warm welcome. There was pushback about bringing one of our dogs—despite the listing being advertised as “dog-friendly.” When I asked about their pet fees, I was told……

“This condo has a Great Lake view & boat slip which is great!! Great location for using the club as well.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-equipped, in a great location, and made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks Again!”
