“We had a wonderful stay at Serena Boutique Hotel in Aguas Buenas and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. From the moment we arrived, Ricardo made us feel incredibly welcome. He was always around the property, working hard to keep everything running smoothly and making sure guests were comfortable. His wife, Gloria, was also wonderful—she prepared fresh breakfast every morning, and it was always delicious.

“From check in to check out, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to give to us. Friendly and so professional! The only thing is, we needed an iron in the room and we didnt have one but that was it. Clean, new, private and very well cooled. Excellent stay!”
