「The hotel duplicated the room charge - i paid for my staff through expedia and yet on arrival i was charged again. I discovered the duplicate and wrote to the hotel on 26th April. its now 30th April and i have not even gotten any acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service.」

Solicitamos al personal cambiar la habitación a una planta superior porque nos resultó muy incómodo esto y nos lo denegaron. 「States were friendly and facilities were kept clean, but the wall was very thin and the noise of other rooms passed to my room 」

「This hotel is a basic stopover between Bariloche and Puerto Varas. It has a good restaurant and bar and not much more. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable.」

「It was a great place to stay and the master were very friendly and nice. The room was so clean and the breakfast was so delicious.」

「Amazing farm to table food, great views andoverall awesome property. The staff was very helpful and nice. My only negative point is that there was a massive storm and it rained inside my room. When i mentionned it they just came with a bucket, so i heard the rain drops all night long. The price you pay, i would have hope to be relocated. A part from that it was a great stay! 」
