“O hotel tem uma vista lindíssima, acesso ao lado é encantador para beber um vinho nas cadeiras que ficam a beira do Rio. ”

“La habitación no tenía TV. Supuestamente era una habitación que estábamos estrenando, pero no tenía black out (algo muy molesto para el buen descanso) y para nosotros era importante la TV y la habitación se promociona con TV.”

“Do not stay here. Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. This was also the middle of their high season so there……

“Lo mejor del lugar es la vista de los dormitorios al lago, espectacular. El check in fueron muy amables en aceptarnos a las 13:30. En general el departamento estaba bueno, el depósito del baño a la mañana temprano no cargaba y el desagüe del baño estaba tapado, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, había tres parrillas que en los días que estuve nadie las uso pero estaban sucias, y nadie las limpiaba, con las parillas había una mesa que tenía rotas dos patas, y dos días entre al cuarto donde estaba……

“Comencemos con lo bueno: - La vista maravillosa desde la unidad que nos quedamos (primer piso con terraza/habitación cerrada). - La atención de las chicas de recepción excelente 10/10. Lo malo: - Se pidió un tostador que aparecía en la lista y no apareció por que según estaba en reparación, se preguntó en 2 oportunidades y no fueron capaz de por último traer uno de otra unidad. - El control del televisor de la habitación principal estaba abierto sin tapa y no funcionaba, se cambiaron las……

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Excellent facilities, roomy suites with lake views, and delightfully away from the main tourist areas, though amenities are within walking distance. Hiking trails are close by. I highly recommend this superb hotel.”

“Everything was perfect! The heating in the cabin was perfect. The water was hot and I loved the towel warmers. The breakfast was amazing! You can really relax at this hotel.”

“Odd architecture, bedroom had big steps between bathroom and bed without proper space easy to fall down. The hotel overall has seen better times looks outdated from the late 70s early 80s”
