Beautiful family apartment, is located on the first floor of a building with 4 floors, in a large community 300 meters from the beach. This fantastic apartment is located within a gated community and very well maintained. Within the community there are green areas, pools with lighting and rest area. The apartment has optional air conditioning. 50 Euros per week upon request.
Comfortable and modern newly built, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and one single and a sofa bed in the living room. A full bathroom. Kitchen with all accessories needed for a relaxing stay.
At 300 meters from the beach and 50 meters from Fanals supermarket. A 10-minute walk from the center. Public parking on the street or payment community.
Restaurants in the area.
At 300 meters from the seafront in Fanals, quieter beach of Lloret de Mar. public transport 50 meters. A 80 kms from Barcelona. We can arrange for your convenience transfer from the train station or airport.
Enjoy a very comfortable apartment in the best location: you will not need a car and you will have at hand the best places: beach, restaurants and the center of Lloret de Mar.

Grand appartement bien equipé

Grand appartement contemporain, propre et bien entretenu. A proximité des transports publics, magasins, station-service, 10 minutes des plages, piscine dans la cour. Il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour les vacances, linge, vaisselle, télé, meubles. Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Seul bémol - absence de climatisation, mais les ventilateurs nous ont été fournis.

Central modern appartment

We arrived very late and were very happy that this was no problem. We were welcomed very friendly. Everything was as expected in the appartment, very clean. The fifth star is missing because some small things were broken in the appartment. Valentina was very helpful and wanted to organise repair but we don't wanted to be disturbed because we stayed only three days. Nevertheless I can recommend this appartment.
