Beautiful house located in one of the best and quietest areas of Lloret de Mar. Spectacular view of the sea and the Mediterranean forest.
House of two plants. On the top floor four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three rooms have a small balcony overlooking the sea. One of the bedrooms is a suite with private bathroom.
On the ground floor of the house we find a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace and modern style kitchen and a toilet. On this same floor outside is the pool and a pergola with barbecue.
You can park without problem on the street next to the house.
MANDATORY FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
-Tourist tax (MANDATORY PAYMENT): €1 per person per day for people over 16 years of age. This must be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival.
OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- Central heating by radiators €120/week (OPTIONAL)
- Air conditioning in the rooms €99/week (night hours of 23:00 to 06:00 (OPTIONAL)

Un petit coin de paradis
Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la villa d'Olga et Javier. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse qui nous ont fait nous sentir tout de suite bien dans cet endroit magique avec une vue fantastique.
La literie est au TOP ! Très propre à notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié la grande pièce de vie et ses baies vitrées sur la région.
L'extérieur est propice à la détente avec piscine, transats et table pour déjeuner face à la mer.
Et surtout un grand merci pour avoir accepté notre CHARLY.
Nous conseillons vivement pour un séjour détente et découverte de la Catalogne.
Bonne continuation à Olga et Javier. Vous êtes formidables !

Amazing villa with stunning views
My family and I absolutely loved this stunning villa and had a great holiday. The highlight of this property is the magnificent view and the pool area is perfect for lounging and cooling off on sunny days. The villa's modern design provides a comfortable stay and Olga and Xavier were great hosts giving amazing recommendations and always being available if anything was needed. The picturesque surroundings offer a serene escape from the city bustle, while still being conveniently close to Barcelona. Tossa de Mar was a great local town to visit with lots of restaurants. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a base for exploring the region, this villa’s combination of location and amenities makes it a top choice. We look forward to returning in the future.

Familienurlaub in wundervollem Ambiente
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in diesem super Ferienhaus. Der Inseratsname „fantastischer Meerblick“ hält was er verspricht und ich würde sagen, vor Ort wird er nochmal übertroffen. Man hat aus dem gesamten Haus und dem Außenbereich einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft war renoviert als wir ankamen und machte somit nochmal mehr her als ohnehin schon auf den Bildern im Inserat. Es ist nun ein Infinitypool, eine neue Pergola und ein neuer Esstisch vorhanden, die Terrasse ist vergrößert und so weiter. Und das beste: Ein Fernglas mit welchem man das Meer und was sich darauf tummelt beobachten kann.Wir waren baff… das hat man nicht oft, dass die Unterkunft besser als beworben ist :-)
Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit, es war alles sauber, die Ausstattung von der Küche bis hin zu den Betten ist top… zu 100% zu empfehlen.
