Beautiful and modern house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 2.5 km from the lovely Canyelles beach, 5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is perfect for enjoying a vacation or spending time with family and friends on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

The outdoor area with a private pool (7 x 6m), terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, and a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals.

Interior area with a modern living-dining room with TV with magnificent sea views, open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, and oven. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Young people not accepted.

Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement.

Optional air conditioning with a supplement: 150 euros/week.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as practice activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food like fish and paellas at the beach restaurants.



Regulations and special bond for young people:



A cash deposit of 150 €/person for houses and 75 €/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
