Maximum capacity for 7 people.

Outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with a private pool (9 x 4m) with mountain and sea views, barbecue, and spacious terraces with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with family. It also has parking for 2 cars.

Interior area of 120 m2 with living-dining room with TV and with magnificent views, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas stove), 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room (2 bunk beds + 1 individual bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Pets upon request and with a supplement.

Optional heating with supplement: 50 €/week.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as practice activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food like fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches.

Rules and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
