「Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water.」

「Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful, comfortable and very clean accommodation in a quiet location yet a lovely 10 minute walk into Beddgelert. We enjoyed the mountain view( even in the rain), sheep, sound of cuckoo birds and the creek but the daily highlight was the heritage steam train!」

「Amazing historic building, these pictures don’t give it justice, the house is insanely big, we went with a group of 11 but would be ideal for up to 20 really!!」

「Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate. The location is wonderful. Overall not worth the price. 」

「Kim is a lovely lady. Kim's Retreat is excellent. We had a short visit and would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back. Kim's Retreat comes highly recommended. Morgan loved the treats and said he wants to go again. P.S. The views are lovely」
