"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience. "

"Ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Hotel mit einer super Aussicht und Lage. Zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten. Durch das Ticinoticket sind alle Örtlichkeiten im Tessin super und kostenlos mit den Öffentlichen erreichbar. Alle im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. "Great hotel, neat and friendly personnel. The garden is great to wander around and offers some great views of the lake. Getting to the hotel by bus is a bit hard. You'll have to walk up the hill. Also the rooms are not really soundproof, but since all people seemed to sleep in early this wasn't a big issue for me. "

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
