Tulamain is a truly beautiful brand new house, situated overlooking the loch in a gorgeous part of the West Coast of Scotland. The owners have thought of everything: from a splendid welcome pack including homemade lemon drizzle cake, eggs, comb honey and a bottle of wine to have with the strawberries, to having Netflix and leaving us with poop bags for our Labrador. The villeage of Ardfern has a pub and cafe at 3 minutes walk and a well-stocked shop at 5 mins walk, In fact, we did all our shopping there. The owners were always available for any questions we had and replied speedily.The only negative was that the Pub had to close midway through our stay due to unforeseen circumstances so we went to the fabulous Pub at Kilmartin instead for drinks and excellent food. Plenty to see and do in the area. Great outside seating areas and massive enclosed garden. We would really love to return!
