Set within the owners’ grounds, it is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing break in peaceful surroundings.

The accommodation is welcoming, and the crowning glory has to be the huge, private games room where you can challenge your family to a game of snooker (10 foot by 5 foot table), pool, table tennis, darts or table football without even having to venture outside! The adults can also watch the kids from the large picture windows overlooking the gardens. If fishing is your sport, enjoy a relaxing day fishing on the owner’s very own stretch of Kinnel Water.

The property is nestled on the outskirts of Lochmaben and surrounded by natural beauty, due to its rural position a car is advised. It is the ideal location to explore the local area, and all that beautiful Dumfries and Galloway has to offer from sailing and mountain biking (7 Stanes) to exploring the many forest walks, trails, and coastline. Situated on the Annandale Hiking Trail this property is great for any avid hikers.
