“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”

“We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.”

“Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. “Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer stand uns schon um 09:00 zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Tischdeko, Glückwünsche und das Glas Prosecco zum Geburtstag meines Freundes. Er hat sich sehr gefreut darüber. Der einzige 0.5 Minuspunkt war, dass das Zimmer, in der Nacht nicht völlig abgedunkelt werden konnte. Ich brauche absolute dunkelheit, damit ich schlafen kann. Leider hatte ich meine Schlafmaske vergessen, was mein Fehler war.……

“After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed. I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us.
