“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. “We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. “Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer stand uns schon um 09:00 zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Tischdeko, Glückwünsche und das Glas Prosecco zum Geburtstag meines Freundes. Er hat sich sehr gefreut darüber. Der einzige 0.5 Minuspunkt war, dass das Zimmer, in der Nacht nicht völlig abgedunkelt werden konnte. Ich brauche absolute dunkelheit, damit ich schlafen kann. “Honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. As soon as we arrived Wengen, Andreas picked us up from the station and was so nice and friendly. He really made us feel right at home within a couple minutes of arriving Wengen.
