Great property!

This place is very spacious and clean. All of the bedrooms are very big as is all of the rooms in the house! We had a group of 18 and still had plenty of space! Property mgr were very responsive. Not 1 negative thing about the place!

So fun.

We had such a great spring break at this house! It had everything we needed for 2 families to hang for the week. We were also pleasantly surprised to be able to use the sports barn and the kids and “old” dads loved battling pickleball every night. There was so much space and plenty of comfortable beds! Even on rainy days the kids had to basement to enjoy and play in. Will definitely come back!!!

absolutely INCREDIBLE

Book this place right now! The pictures don't even do it justice.. it is more beautiful in person! The kitchen/dining area/living room is a completely open space where everyone can be together but not feel crowded. We had a large group and had more than enough room for everyone to eat/play/sleep. The sports barn is an awesome addition to the property as well. We will be back!!

The house was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend a second fridge to accommodate larger travel parties and lights around the cover by the pool. Otherwise it was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at The Farm! There was something for everyone to do and our group ranged in age from 2 to 92. The sports barn was a special treat, we’d love to go back! The hosts were great, very quick to respond, thank you!

Family Reunion

A fantastic experience for our family. With seven different couples from multiple states, this was a perfect location to gather. The barn provides a great place to play cornhole, shoot basketball, and hang out with beautiful views. We truly enjoyed the stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this home for our family reunion weekend. It was very roomy with plenty of beds for everyone, not to mention the huge kitchen and large tables so we could all eat together. There were so many activities to keep everyone busy like the basketball hoop, pickleball court and game room in the basement. It was great having a private pool and hot tub as well for relaxing. We really appreciated having wood provided so we could enjoy the fire pit during the cool evening. This house had everything we could ask for, and we hope to come back again next year! We would highly recommend.

This place is exactly as advertised. It’s incredibly spacious beautiful home with tremendous amount of activities right on the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a mix of adults and children. There was a total of 20 of us and we all had enough room. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and we made all of our meals at the house. Can’t say enough good things about this day. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come back

Perfect for large group getaway

Wonderful place for a big get together. There were 14 of us from ages 5-73 - three generations spending a few days for a short vacation. The pool kept us (especially the kids) more than occupied. We spent plenty of time up in the sports barn, too. Then, we had the big game room, playing pool and watching movies. The space was very nicely appointed and extensive. With 14 of us, we still had a bedroom left over. We did get out and do some of the classic Hocking Hills type things (hiking, etc.), but we could have just hung out at the house the whole trip and had a great time. If you’re looking for a perfect spot to entertain a large group, stop looking and book this place. If it’s not available, I’d suggest changing your plans and grabbing it when it’s available. We intend to make this a yearly stop.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway!

We had an amazing spring break trip with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for our large group. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals together.The kids loved the basement with movie theatre seating, ping pong, foosball & video games, and the outdoor swings and hot tub were a big hit for relaxing in the evenings. But the absolute highlight for everyone—kids and adults alike—was the sports barn. We spent hours playing and laughing together, playing pickle ball, basketball and just letting the kids run wild, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.We did have a bit of a drive to the popular hiking spots (around 25 minutes or so) but most of our group enjoyed just staying back at the house, so wasn't an issue for us. Highly recommend this home for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memory-filled vacation spot!

We had a fabulous stay at this spacious fun filled home. The pictures do not do it justice. My family of 14 spent a week and we never wanted to leave. First of all the house is impeccably clean. Everything was spotless. The bedrooms were large with lots of beds and very comfortable. Multiple bathrooms and several bathroom suites really made a difference for our stay. We spent endless hours in the pool and the hot tub, which were both great. The basement was an excellent hangout with fun games to play and theater chairs used nightly for movies. The real star of the property is the barn or extra building with the indoor covered Pickleball court, basketball court, and ping-pong table which we used daily. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There’s a Kroger close by which is nice and convenient. We had a few questions and the host would respond in 5 min. We needed some extra children’s silverware and plates and the host actually had it delivered to us from Walmart. It was really incredible. Fantastic customer service.I would highly recommend staying here. One of the very best we’ve ever stayed at.
