「Postives: Brand new washer and dryer Huge place, plenty of room Lovely back seating area-no mosquitoes! Negatives: Cement walkway from the parking was literally crumbling and the senior citizens in our party had issues. Not a great parking situation. Roaches-send someone to pick up all the dead (and living) roaches before your guests arrive. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner Kitchen is bare bones No extra blankets or throws. We got coldish at night.」

「Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

「Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members).
