“Room smelled of urine, after it was cleaned it smelled ok, but the urine smell returned. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Lots of rules, can’t take breakfast back to room, can’t eat in the lobby. I heard the word forbidden so many times. I asked for two wine glasses and they gave me juice glasses… they have a bar. Parking garage is a huge challenge getting in and out using a car lift. Our car was fairly small and it was still a challenge. The staff has to assist you to get your car out.……

“The husband/wife team were super helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well organized. Very tasteful. The views from the common area are out of this world. An excellent couples getaway location. Breakfast was wonderful. They spoke english well.”

“We enjoyed the stay at Finca de Los Arandinos. The design of the room was so special and amazing. The staff of front desk was nice and helpful. She introduced the facilities of the room to us in detail. The scenery nearby was beautiful. We enjoyed the food and wine at the restaurant of hotel.”
