「So the first night today that we had, we ended up getting bedbugs bites all over our ankles and body, and then the next morning when we had already complained about it to the front office, the owner walked in without knocking while I was changing thankfully I was in the corner and then our fridge broke down Midday and we had food that went bad on top of that. We also didn’t have a functioning telephone whenever we complained the owner kept avoiding us and didn’t show up the next morning when he...

「The room smells I later found out the 1st floor is where pets were allowed. The pet odor remains in the room. There was a leak so I changed rooms but the odor remained.」

「Breakfast can only be eaten in the dining room and that was an inconvenience because of scheduling and check out time. Also, I asked for a room on the 1st floor closet to the lobby, and I got a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway. I am disabled and this was very difficult on me. The room had no shower head that detached for disabled people. It was clean but not helpful.」

「When my family got there late, they got told that they are already full eventhough i already paid for the room already, and now they do not even message back or do a refund back. Horrible service」

「This is a motel, not even an inn. How did it name as a hotel? 」

「The elevator smelled like marijuana, the room smelled like a locker room, huge stain on the carpet, rust in the tub, light on one side of the bed did not work, light on the mirror in bathroom did not work, huge tear in the shade. We were in 303.」

「The room was soooo filthy we didn't stay....the room had bugs, both dead and alive; it stunk like an ash tray, despite being a "smoke free room"; when we asked why the room was so filthy we were told because the facility is an extended stay hotel...not sure what that has to do with proper cleaning but...word to all...DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The front desk told us, "This is what happens when you stay at a ghetto hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!」

「First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?」

「Fist thing we noticed is how CLEAN everything was. The staff were so nice and the breakfasts were delicious with lots of fresh fruits and selections of other hot and cold breakfast items. The only thing that was a bother were the pillows as they sank and didn't support our necks. The beds were comfortable though and we got great sleep as it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!」
