A great hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. Well place in Senggigi. Facilities severely impacted due to covid and exceptionally quiet. A deceiving big hotel with variety of accommodation and eateries when working normally.

Excellent stay. No complaints. Music from over the road went on late.
The WiFi in the room is not strong. Ended up most of the time in the lobby for a better Wifi.

Cold and unwelcoming
Staff were aloof and dis interested. The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The air conditioning didn't work so I was moved and had to re pack everything and drag my bags upstairs myself, no room upgrade offered as compensation. The shower water smelled like sewerage. The toilet had a leak. Loud booming music through the hotel at 7am. A wedding was hosted with a loud microphone in the grounds with complete disregard to the other guests. Totally regret staying here!

Great location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
However the cottages are a bit dated and maybe needs some sprucing up.
Staff were lovely.
