“The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. I was there during the end of March, was a bit chilly but I am sure it will be more beautiful in……

“Casa ristrutturata con gusto . Bellissima posizione. Due stanze al piano superiore sono solo parzialmente separate. Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini , non ideale per adulti. “Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte……

“The property is stunning and the warmth of Enzo and Fonzy was incredible. We had 11 family and friends stay on the property comfortably. The rooms are lovely and everyone was happy with their space. “Wir durften 10 Tage bei Gianna auf ihren Grundstück verbringen .. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin hatte auch für den ersten Tag Verpflegung bereit gestellt .. Wein Spagetti, Olivenöl usw. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt .. Nur wer was gegen bellende Hunde hat( sie hat eine kleine Zucht mit etwa 20 Hunden ) für denjenigen is es vielleicht nichts.. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört zumal sie ja auch täglich ins Umzäunte Freigelände dürfen.. Ein rundum toller Ort um Urlaub zu machen …”

“Best VRBO experience by far. Huge, remodeled (except kitchen) apt. with tall ceilings, big, new windows to bring in the views and keep out the noise. You’ll want to spend much of your time outside on any of the three private terraces. Updated electrical and huge TV a bonus. Our only regret, was I made an error on date when I booked and we had 5 nights instead of 6, my mistake. I would recommend for a couple that can handle stairs and thresholds. “This is a beautifully arranged and hosted location. It is perhaps 2 kilometers from central Florence, with a steep uphill at the end, but we walked there and back every day except the first. It's really out in the country in an apartment that is part of a big house, with its own entrance. The salon is enormous. Our hosts helped with everything we needed, including a prompt taxi on our departure day.”

“Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall.”

“We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!”
