The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The pool was great. One of the elevators was out of service.

Really old property. Needs a reno desperately. Smells like mould feels damp. Check in staff was nice. Bathtub didn’t drain was kinda gross. Food expensive in restaurant for what it is.

Hotel Metro
The hotel is fine. Used to be high caliber with resturant and staff. Now seems a bit rundown and all electronic re door codes etc. In general staff friendly and responsive. Key point is this area of london has went super down hill.
